Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with a density of 1.15 g/cm³ and Shore hardness 60 A. It exhibits excellent elastic memory, hydrolysis resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, flex resistance and oil/grease resistance, as well as high burst pressure. It is naturally anti-blocking, offers short processing cycles, and requires almost no internal lubricant.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding. Widely used in agriculture, consumer goods, oil and gas extraction, transportation, electronics, industrial parts, cable sheathing, hoses and tubes, wheels, overmolding, polymer modification, food processing, and footwear industries, especially for manufacturing bushings, conveyor belt repair materials, caps, lids and stoppers.
