Physical Properties:TPU S90A is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer with a Shore hardness of 90A. It has a density of approximately 1.21 g/cm³, excellent abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and good elongation at break; it also exhibits outstanding resistance to oils, greases and chemicals, good low-temperature flexibility and impact resistance. It can be processed by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing automotive parts (such as dust covers and buffer pads), industrial hoses and tubing, cable sheathing, shoe soles and footwear materials, sealing rings, and transmission belts. It is also used for wear-resistant linings, flexible couplings and sporting goods for both industrial and consumer applications.
