Physical Properties:Density approx. 1.10-1.25 g/cm³. Broad hardness range; different hardness grades can be obtained by adjusting the formulation, while good elasticity and wear resistance are maintained as hardness increases. High mechanical strength with outstanding load-bearing capacity, impact resistance and shock absorption. Low glass transition temperature provides excellent cold resistance; retains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at -35°C. Resistant to oil, water and mildew. Good recyclability. Processable by common thermoplastic methods such as injection molding, extrusion and calendering.
Uses:Mainly used as raw material for mobile phone cases. Widely applied in engineering products, automotive engineering parts, fire hoses, rigid-soft composite products, transmission belts, hoses, cable and hose connectors, mine screens, films and extruded profiles, sports shoe soles and casters, etc.
Technical Specifications:
Material must be fully dried before processing: recommended drying temperature 80-110°C for about 3 hours to reduce moisture content below 0.05%.
Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding; a single-screw three-stage injection molding machine is recommended, with screw L/D ratio of about 16-20 and compression ratio of 2.0-2.5.
Excellent low-temperature performance: low glass transition temperature, maintains good elasticity, flexibility and other physical properties at -35°C.
Coloring can be done with color powder or masterbatch; recommended dosage: 0.2-0.5% color powder or 1-4% masterbatch.
Regrind content in injection molding should not exceed 30% of the total material, and regrind must be re-dried before use.
