It offers excellent heat aging resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, and resilience, with a density of approximately 0.95-0.98 g/cm³. It can be used over a long-term service temperature range of -40°C to 135°C. The material is supplied as black or translucent pellets and is easy to process.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive components such as sealing strips, dust covers, hoses, and wire harness conduits, as well as in household appliance seals, industrial rubber products, and over-molding for power tool housings. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes, and can be over-molded onto polypropylene (PP) substrates.
