Physical Properties:Density is only 1.02 g/cm³, the lowest among nylon series; low water absorption and good dimensional stability; excellent low-temperature resistance down to -70℃; melting point 170~180℃, easy to process with a wide molding temperature range; good flexibility, chemical stability, oil resistance and wear resistance, and is self-extinguishing; long-term service temperature is 80℃ (up to 90℃ after heat treatment), can work long-term in oil at 100℃, and in inert gas at 110℃; can be processed by injection molding, extrusion into monofilament, film, sheet, rod, profile, and powder can be used for coating.
Uses:TR90 can be used as a general-purpose engineering plastic, suitable for food contact, automotive parts, optical lenses, medical devices and wire & cable fields.
