Physical Properties:UE3200 TPEE is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer that combines rubber-like elasticity with engineering plastic strength. It exhibits excellent creep resistance and fatigue endurance, high impact resistance and outstanding low-temperature flexibility, strong chemical resistance, resistance to oils and various solvents, exceptional heat resistance up to 160°C, and good mechanical properties. It can be overmolded onto ABS, PC, PVC and other substrates, and offers easy processing and excellent colorability.
Uses:Suitable for cables, robotic manipulators, communication wires and related fields, used for manufacturing hose sleeves, hydraulic hose belts, pipes, sealing materials, and films or parts for sporting goods (e.g., golf ball covers). It is also used for molding materials, automotive parts, belts, rigid and flexible pipes, fuel tank components, sealants, gears, keypads, antennas, compression springs, pipe coatings, inline-skate rollers, bearings, and wire wrapping.
