Uses:Used to determine the fire hazard of finished electrical and electronic equipment, and to evaluate the ignitability, glow-wire ignition temperature (GWIT), flammability, and glow-wire flammability index (GWFI) of solid insulating materials and other solid combustible materials.
Technical Specifications:
Glow wire: 4mm ± 0.04mm specially made standard loop of Ni/Cr (80/20), horizontally placed.
Thermocouple: 1.0mm type K imported high-temperature armored thermocouple with heat-resistant sheath up to 1100°C.
