Physical Properties:It adopts heat-flux DSC data acquisition to plot energy versus temperature curves, integrating TG/DTA/DSC measurement functions. The atmosphere control system uses mass flow controllers, with three channels of stabilized and steady gas that can be automatically switched during the experiment, featuring high precision, good repeatability and fast response; atmosphere control systems resistant to various corrosive gases can be customized. Both micro and large samples can be accommodated (0-5g adjustable by replacing the support rod). The entire measurement process is automatic with auto plotting, supporting routine data processing of DTA, TG, DTG and DDTG, as well as special data processing (DTA peak area, enthalpy calculation, kinetic parameter calculation, data comparison, activation energy calculation by multiple algorithms, glass transition temperature, specific heat by comparison method, etc.). A large-screen LCD displays instrument status and data in real time. Two thermocouples are provided to display furnace temperature and sample temperature separately. Optional constant-temperature controller, constant-temperature GC/MS connector and constant-temperature belt ensure reliable secondary detection of tar and various reaction gases.
Uses:It is mainly used to study physical and chemical changes related to heat, such as melting point, heat of fusion, crystallization and heat of crystallization, phase transition reaction heat, thermal stability (oxidation induction time), glass transition temperature, adsorption and desorption, component content analysis, decomposition, combination, dehydration, additives and other changes, meeting the testing requirements of various samples under different conditions.
