Physical Properties:Blue-purple granular solid with a typical carboxylate odor. Soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and toluene, insoluble in water. Low loss on heating and a wide softening point range, allowing melt dispersion at rubber processing temperatures.
Uses:Used in adhesion formulations for rubber to brass-plated steel wire, galvanized steel wire, and stainless steel wire. It significantly improves adhesion properties, providing superior bond strength and rubber coverage, as well as excellent aging resistance. Widely applied in rubber-metal composite products such as radial tires.
