Uses:Lysozyme can be used as a natural food preservative for aquatic products, meat products, cakes, sake, cooking wine and beverages, and can also be added to milk powder to inhibit spoilage microorganisms in the intestine. In the pharmaceutical field, it exhibits antibacterial, antiviral and antitumor effects and can be used as an adjunct treatment for hemorrhage, hematuria, bloody sputum and rhinitis.
