Physical Properties:Dark green powder, molecular weight 467.45, melting point 88-92°C, soluble in chloroform, benzene and carbon disulfide, slightly soluble in acetone and ethanol, insoluble in water. It exhibits excellent heat resistance and flex resistance.
Uses:Used as a heat-resistant antioxidant and metal deactivator in natural and synthetic rubbers, also used as a stabilizer for polyolefins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, and as an antioxidant/corrosion inhibitor in lubricating oils.
