It is a heterogeneous macromolecular aromatic carboxylate containing active functional groups such as carboxyl, quinone, hydroxyl, phenolic hydroxyl, methoxy, alcohol hydroxyl and enol groups. It exhibits multiple functions including ion exchange, adsorption, complexation, chelation, flocculation and binding.
Uses:Mainly used in agriculture as a soil conditioner and organic fertilizer synergist, improving soil structure, promoting crop root development, and enhancing nutrient utilization efficiency without polluting the soil. It is also commonly used in aquaculture for pond water fertilization by direct broadcasting. Additionally, it serves as a raw material for compound fertilizers and organic-inorganic blended fertilizers, as well as in industrial water treatment and drilling fluid applications.
