Physical Properties:This product is a di-amino functional silane, appearing as a colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid. It is soluble in ether and benzene, and reacts with acetone, carbon tetrachloride, and water. The pure product has a relative density of 1.030, refractive index of 1.448, boiling point of 259°C, and flash point of 138°C.

Uses:Used as a glass fiber sizing agent, widely applied in the surface treatment of silicon-containing materials such as glass microspheres, silica, talc, mica, clay, and fly ash. It improves the performance of laminating resins including epoxy, phenolic, melamine, and furan, enhancing the dry and wet tensile strength, modulus, flexural strength, and compressive strength of composites, as well as the wet electrical properties. It is also effective for polypropylene, polyethylene, polyacrylate, silicone, polyamide, polycarbonate, and PVC.
