Uses:Levofloxacin hydrochloride is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent that exerts bactericidal effects mainly by inhibiting bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV. It is clinically used for the treatment of respiratory tract infections, genitourinary tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and intestinal infections, as well as infections caused by other susceptible organisms.
