Uses:This product is a bifunctional PEG linker containing maleimide and carboxyl groups. The maleimide group selectively reacts with thiol-containing molecules, and the carboxyl group can further undergo acylation coupling with amino groups. It is commonly used as a spacer in ADC drugs, PROTAC molecules, and bioconjugation research.
