Uses:This product is a heterobifunctional PEG linker. The Boc-protected aminooxy end releases a free aminooxy group upon acidic deprotection and reacts with aldehyde or ketone groups to form stable oxime bonds, while the amino end can be conjugated with carboxyls, NHS esters and isocyanates. It is widely used for site-specific modification and bioorthogonal labeling of peptides, proteins, nucleic acids and nanoparticles, and is suitable for the construction of ADC linkers, PROTAC degraders and biosensor surfaces.
