Uses:Dexchlorpheniramine is a first-generation antihistamine and the dextrorotatory isomer of chlorpheniramine, exhibiting stronger antihistaminic activity than the racemic mixture. It is mainly used for the treatment of allergic rhinitis, urticaria, pruritus and drug allergic reactions.
