Uses:Used as the core monomer for polycarboxylate superplasticizers (PCE), copolymerized with acrylic acid (AA) and sodium methallyl sulfonate (SMAS) to achieve a water-reduction rate of 25%~35%, significantly reducing the water-to-binder ratio, improving concrete strength (C60 and above), workability, and durability. Suitable for commercial concrete, pumped concrete, high-strength concrete, and self-compacting concrete. Also serves as a hydrophilic functional monomer in coatings, inks, adhesives, UV-curable resins, textile/paper auxiliaries, and ceramics, improving solubility, dispersibility, leveling, emulsification, and grinding efficiency.
