It contains both tertiary amine and methacrylamide functional groups, exhibiting high reactivity and readily copolymerizing with various monomers.
Uses:Used as a fiber modifier to improve the dyeability of acrylic fibers with acid dyes and the thermal stability of dyeing. Also serves as a paper pulp additive, paper sizing agent, film-forming agent and dewatering promoter. It is additionally applied in the preparation of ion exchange resins, sugar decolorizing agents, lubricating oil additives and polymers for photographic equipment. In textile processing, it acts as a treatment agent, antistatic agent and dye-fixing agent.
