Uses:S-100 is a key chiral intermediate in the synthesis of pramipexole hydrochloride. Pramipexole is a dopamine receptor agonist used clinically for the treatment of Parkinson's disease and restless legs syndrome. This compound is also used in the synthesis research of other chiral drugs and fine chemicals.
