Physical Properties:Appearance is a light yellow to amber transparent glassy solid. It is soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, ketones and other organic solvents, but insoluble in water. It features strong oxidation resistance, light color, and good thermal stability. Softening point is about 70-85°C, acid value is about 160-190 mg KOH/g.
Uses:Mainly used in adhesives, inks, coatings, rubber additives and other industries as a tackifying resin to improve adhesion and stability. It is also used in high-end fields such as food packaging materials.
