Shows good stability in both acidic and alkaline solutions. With a relatively large molecular weight, it forms a high-strength film at the oil-water interface, effectively stabilizing oil-in-water emulsions. It has excellent free-flowing hydrophobicity, preventing starch granule agglomeration, dispersing uniformly in aqueous emulsions, and can be adjusted to different viscosities as required.
Uses:Mainly used as an emulsifier, thickener and stabilizer, widely applied in food, beverages, cosmetics and pharmaceutical fields. It stabilizes oil-in-water emulsions, improves product texture and mouthfeel, and enhances suspension stability and anti-aging performance of the system.
