Physical Properties:White fine powder or microspheres, odorless, with excellent heat resistance, weatherability and hydrophobicity. Density is about 1.20~1.30 g/cm³, refractive index is about 1.41~1.42, and the particle size can be adjusted according to application, generally 1~10 μm. Insoluble in water and easily dispersed in organic resins.
Uses:Mainly used as a light diffusing agent for LED bulbs, LED tubes, digital displays and other lighting fixtures, with a low addition amount (generally 0.5%~1.0%), improving light diffusion efficiency while maintaining high transmittance. It is also used in light diffusing plates, lamp covers, lamp boxes and other products to improve light uniformity and impart excellent heat-aging resistance.
