Physical Properties:Colorless to light yellow transparent liquid; solvent-free; viscosity 50–130 mPa·s; soluble in acetone, methyl ethyl ketone and other organic solvents; cures rapidly by anionic polymerization upon contact with trace moisture or alkaline substances; curing speed is affected by bond gap and relative humidity, with optimum RH 40%–60%; keep sealed at 5–20°C away from strong light and heat sources; shelf life is 12 months at 5°C.
Uses:This product is a general-purpose ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive. It is suitable for rapid bonding and fixturing of metals (e.g. 45# carbon steel), ABS, rigid PVC, polycarbonate (PC), and for small-area instant bonding in electronics, toys and handicraft manufacturing. The bonding surfaces should be clean, dry and oil-free, and a thin adhesive layer is recommended; smaller bonding gaps promote faster curing.
