Uses:Used in glass manufacturing as a flux and fining agent; in detergent production to help remove grease and improve cleaning performance; in the food industry as an acidity regulator and leavening agent; also widely used in metallurgical fluxing, textile degreasing, petroleum desulfurization, water treatment, and the synthesis of phosphates and other chemicals.
