Uses:Used as a defoamer in water-based coatings; as a viscosity reducer in vinyl plastisols; and as a viscosity control additive in hair dyes. Also serves as an emulsifier, coupling agent, and solubilizer for paper softening additives, metalworking lubricants, and textile lubricants.
