Physical Properties:A-1133HS is a 33% glass-fiber-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyamide 66 resin based on nylon 66, supplied as light-yellow/natural or black pellets. It has a density of approx. 1.39 g/cm³, a melting point of approx. 260 °C, and a heat deflection temperature of approx. 245 °C at 1.82 MPa. It exhibits high tensile strength, high rigidity, good dimensional stability, excellent resistance to oil, gasoline and chemical solvents, and good wear resistance. Its moisture absorption is lower than that of unreinforced PA66, but drying at 80–90 °C for 2–4 hours is recommended before injection molding to reduce moisture content to ≤0.2%.
Uses:It is suitable for general-purpose engineering plastic parts requiring high strength, heat resistance and dimensional stability, such as automotive under-hood components, electrical/electronic housings, mechanical transmission parts, gears, bearing cages and fasteners. This grade is designed for injection molding and must be thoroughly dried before processing, making it suitable for general industrial and automotive applications.
