- 不透明象牙色粒料，可着色，具有90%高光泽度；密度1.05，吸水率低。氧指数18.2，属易燃聚合物，火焰黄色、有黑烟、烧焦不滴落，并发出特殊肉桂味。力学性能优良，冲击强度极好，可在极低温度下使用；耐磨性优良，尺寸稳定性好，耐油。热变形温度93~118℃，制品经退火处理后还可提高约10℃；在-40℃时仍有一定韧性，使用温度范围-40~100℃。电绝缘性较好，几乎不受温度、湿度和频率的影响。耐水、无机盐、碱及多种酸，可溶于酮类、醛类及氯代烃；但耐候性差，紫外光下易降解。

Physical Properties:Opaque ivory-colored granules, can be colored, with 90% high gloss; density 1.05, low water absorption. Oxygen index 18.2, flammable polymer, yellow flame with black smoke, scorches but does not drip, emits a special cinnamon odor. Excellent mechanical properties, outstanding impact strength, usable at very low temperatures; good abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, and oil resistance. Heat deflection temperature 93–118°C, can be improved by about 10°C after annealing; retains certain toughness at -40°C, service temperature range -40–100°C. Good electrical insulation, almost unaffected by temperature, humidity and frequency. Resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkalis and many acids, soluble in ketones, aldehydes and chlorinated hydrocarbons; poor weather resistance, degrades under UV light.
Uses:ABS is one of the five major synthetic resins, combining toughness, hardness and rigidity with balanced mechanical properties, making it a widely used thermoplastic engineering plastic. It is extensively used in machinery, automobiles, electronic appliances, instruments, textiles and construction, for products such as gears, bearings, handles, pump impellers, TV shells, computer casings, keyboards, electrical instruments, battery containers, refrigerator parts, automotive dashboards, bumpers, pipes and sanitary fittings.
