Physical Properties:Semi-aromatic polyamide with low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability. Its heat deflection temperature (HDT) reaches up to 310°C, continuous service temperature ranges from 120°C to 185°C, and it can withstand prolonged exposure to 200°C. Under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, its tensile strength is 20% higher than nylon 6 and also higher than nylon 66, while its flexural modulus is about 20% higher than standard nylon, giving greater hardness and resistance to long-term tensile creep. The highly aromatic ring structure provides excellent chemical resistance to aggressive media such as gasoline, grease, coolants, biodiesel, brake fluid, synthetic engine oil, deicing salt, sulfuric acid and transmission fluid.
Uses:Used in automotive fuel, transmission, engine, air intake, refrigeration and heating systems. Applied in electrical and electronic components such as connectors, chipset sockets, sensors, motors, switches, chip capacitors and high-density PCB connectors. Also suitable for LED packaging, oilfield sealing components and drinking-water pipeline parts.
