Its light transmittance reaches about 90%, earning it the reputation of "transparent metal" for its rigidity and toughness. The material has low shrinkage of 0.1%–0.2%, high notched Izod impact strength, and outstanding dimensional stability. Its density is approximately 1.18–1.22 g/cm³. It also exhibits excellent electrical insulation, good heat resistance, and is non-toxic, with a long-term service temperature range of -100°C to 130°C and a brittle temperature below -100°C.
Uses:Used to manufacture optical lighting covers, protective glass, optical instrument components, insulating connectors, coil frames, housings, and battery cases in electronic and electrical products, as well as automotive bumpers, dashboards, and other parts.
