Physical Properties:Semi-crystalline polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite reinforced with 10% carbon fiber and 10% glass fiber, typically supplied as black pellets. It offers a continuous use temperature up to 240°C and inherent flame retardancy. It has very low moisture absorption and good dimensional stability in humid environments. Below 200°C it is insoluble in most solvents and has strong resistance to acids and alkalis. It also provides high stiffness, high strength, and excellent creep resistance.

Uses:Used for connectors, relay housings, sensor holders, and other electronic/electrical components requiring high-temperature resistance and dimensional stability. It is also suitable for structural parts and mechanical components where high stiffness, high strength, and excellent creep resistance are required.
