Physical Properties:PA66 (polyhexamethylene adipamide) is a translucent or opaque milky-white crystalline polymer with excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and toughness. It has good self-lubrication, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, excellent electrical insulation and good weather resistance. The ST-801HS grade is modified for super toughness and low-temperature resistance, maintaining excellent impact performance at low temperatures. It also features improved thermal stability, relatively lower water absorption than standard PA66, and enhanced long-term heat resistance.
Uses:Mainly used in the automotive industry, electrical and electronic industry, transportation industry and machinery manufacturing. It is suitable for manufacturing bearings, gears, pulleys, oil delivery pipes, oil reservoirs, oil-resistant gaskets, protective covers, support frames, wheel housing covers, deflectors, fans, air filter housings, radiator tanks, brake pipes, engine hoods, door handles and other impact-resistant and low-temperature resistant parts, especially structural components in cold environments and parts requiring heat-aging resistance.
