Physical Properties:Conductive PPS is a modified material made by compounding a polyphenylene sulfide matrix with carbon-based conductive fillers (such as carbon black, carbon fiber, carbon nanotubes). Its melting point is about 280-300°C, density is about 1.4-1.6 g/cm³, and it exhibits excellent high-temperature resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, dimensional stability, and conductive/antistatic performance. The surface resistivity can be customized as required.
Uses:It is mainly used in components requiring conductivity or antistatic properties in electronics, electrical appliances, automotive industry, mechanical industry, and household appliances, such as IC trays, cooling fans, carbon brushes, electromagnetic shielding housings, and explosion-proof equipment parts.
