Physical Properties:Conductive TPEE is a carbon-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic polyester elastomer composite that combines rubber-like elasticity with the strength of engineering plastics. It appears as black pellets or molded parts with a density of 1.20–1.30 g/cm³ and a melting point of 200–220°C. It exhibits excellent fatigue resistance, creep resistance, impact resistance, and chemical resistance. The incorporation of carbon fiber provides electrical conductivity and anti-static properties, with surface resistivity reaching 10³–10⁵ Ω·cm, and also imparts flame retardancy.
Uses:Conductive TPEE carbon-fiber composite offers both electrical conductivity and anti-static performance, widely used in sports equipment such as golf club shafts, fishing rods, bicycle parts, and ski equipment. It is also applied in high-performance brake systems, refractory protective tubes, hot-press molds, heating elements, and aerospace components where conductivity and flame retardancy are required.
