Physical Properties:High-crystallinity thermoplastic engineering plastic with a density of approximately 1.42 g/cm³, melting point of about 175°C, and thermal decomposition temperature above 260°C. It features a low coefficient of friction, excellent wear resistance, rigidity and strength comparable to metal, high impact resistance, good creep resistance, and a service temperature range of -40°C to 120°C. Insoluble in water and resistant to most solvents, but degrades in strong acids, strong bases, and oxidizers.
Uses:Used for manufacturing gears, conveyor belts, automotive seat belt systems, door systems, medical devices, and engineering/industrial components. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding, enabling optimized part design with thinner and lighter components while reducing overall costs.
