Physical Properties:Thermoplastic engineering plastic, supplied as natural-color pellets, UV-stabilized grade with low odor and low VOC. Density approx. 1.42 g/cm³, melting point approx. 175°C; long-term service temperature -40°C to 90°C (short-term up to 120°C), heat deflection temperature approx. 104°C, water absorption 0.22%–0.25%, crystallinity >75%, good dimensional stability. High mechanical strength with tensile strength ≥70 MPa and flexural modulus ≥2800 MPa, long fatigue life, outstanding low-temperature impact toughness and high creep resistance. Low coefficient of friction (0.1–0.3), high PV limit, good flow, can be processed by injection molding, extrusion or machining. Resistant to gasoline, lubricants and neutral solvents; not resistant to strong acids and bases.
Uses:It is used as a high-load mechanical engineering plastic and rigid unreinforced polymer, widely applied in automotive, electrical/electronic, industrial machinery, medical and consumer goods sectors. It is suitable for gears, bearings, guide rails, pump housings and snap-fit parts requiring high strength, high wear resistance and excellent dimensional stability, as well as for automotive interiors and consumer products with low-odor and low-VOC requirements.
