- 本品为橙黄色热塑性弹性体，硬度80A（硬度范围76-85A），比重1.06（ASTM D-792），抗张强度3300 psi，延伸率750%，玻璃化转变温度（DSC法）-60°F，泰伯磨耗指数（CS-17）45 mg。适用于注塑和挤出成型，不含阻燃剂，非脂肪族，模量低于100,000 psi。与ABS、PC、PC/ABS、PET、PBT、CAB、COPE、PA-11/12、部分PA-6/6和乙烯树脂等塑料具有良好粘合性，无需粘合剂或机械锁固；也可通过粘结层或机械锁固与木材、金属或聚烯烃基体牢固结合。具备人体工学友好的内部易抓表面、出众的柔软触感、出色的耐用性和韧性，橡胶特性类似于较昂贵的COPA，易于染色，通过UL 94 HB认证。

Physical Properties:This product is an orange-yellow thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness of 80A (hardness range 76-85A), specific gravity of 1.06 (ASTM D-792), tensile strength of 3300 psi, elongation of 750%, glass transition temperature (DSC method) of -60°F, and Taber abrasion index (CS-17) of 45 mg. It is suitable for injection molding and extrusion, contains no flame retardant, is non-aliphatic, and has a modulus below 100,000 psi. It exhibits good adhesion to various plastics including ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PET, PBT, CAB, COPE, PA-11/12, some PA-6/6 and vinyl resins without adhesives or mechanical locking; it can also bond well to wood, metal, or polyolefin substrates through a bonding layer or mechanical locking. It features an ergonomic internal easy-grip surface, superior soft touch, excellent durability and toughness, rubber-like properties similar to more expensive COPA, and is easy to dye. It is UL 94 HB certified.
Uses:It is suitable for overmolding shells of electronic testing tools, industrial tool handles and other heavy-duty applications, as well as durable leisure goods such as skateboard wheels.
