Physical Properties:This product is supplied as black or natural color pellets, with a Shore hardness of approximately 30A and a density of about 0.95 g/cm³. It can be used over a wide temperature range from -60°C to 135°C, and exhibits excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance and UV resistance. It requires no vulcanization and can be processed by injection molding, blow molding or extrusion. Its oil and solvent resistance is similar to neoprene, and it has excellent electrical insulation properties.
Uses:Suitable for automotive interior parts such as cup holders, floor mats, seals and soft seat trim. It is also ideal for two-shot molding or overmolding to produce grips and handles, as well as for electronic appliances, tool handles, sealing strips and other fields.
