Physical Properties:Polyoxymethylene (POM) is a highly crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic. Operating temperature ranges from -60°C to 100°C, and up to 150°C for reinforced grades. It features high surface strength and smoothness, excellent sliding and wear resistance, thermal and chemical stability, high mechanical strength, rigidity and hardness, outstanding elasticity, good creep resistance, and high impact strength. Density is approximately 1.41-1.43 g/cm³, melting point around 175°C, and low water absorption.
Uses:Ideal for manufacturing bearing rollers, bearing rings, architectural hardware, gear wheels, pump housings, screws and other components, widely used in machinery, automotive, electronics and construction industries.
