- 白色粉末或颗粒状，无毒、无味。密度0.941~0.960 g/cm³，结晶度80%~90%，软化点125~135℃，使用温度可达100℃。硬度、拉伸强度、蠕变性、耐磨性、韧性、耐寒性均优于低密度聚乙烯，电绝缘性优良。化学稳定性好，室温下不溶于任何有机溶剂，耐酸、碱及各种盐类腐蚀，薄膜对水蒸气和空气渗透性小，吸水性低。耐环境应力开裂性较好，但耐老化性能较差，热变形温度较低，易燃，离火后能继续燃烧，燃烧时熔融滴落，有石蜡气味。

Physical Properties:White powder or granules, non-toxic and odorless. Density 0.941~0.960 g/cm³, crystallinity 80%~90%, softening point 125~135℃, service temperature up to 100℃. Hardness, tensile strength, creep resistance, abrasion resistance, toughness and low-temperature resistance are superior to those of low-density polyethylene, with excellent electrical insulation. Good chemical stability, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature, resistant to acids, alkalis and various salts; films have low permeability to water vapor and air, and low water absorption. Good environmental stress crack resistance, but poor aging resistance, relatively low heat distortion temperature, flammable and continues burning after removal from flame, melting and dripping during combustion with a paraffin-like odor.
Uses:Used for manufacturing wires, cables, hoses, pipes, profiles, sheets and thermoformed products such as refrigerator liners, tank liners and transport boxes. Also used in blow molding and injection molding of various bottles, tanks, automotive fuel tanks, industrial fittings, medical supplies, toys, as well as extrusion of films, monofilaments, synthetic wood and synthetic paper.
