- 白色粉末或颗粒状，无味，结晶度80%~90%，软化点125~135℃，使用温度可达100℃。硬度、拉伸强度和蠕变性优于低密度聚乙烯；耐磨性、电绝缘性、韧性及耐寒性较好。化学稳定性好，室温下不溶于任何有机溶剂，耐酸、碱和各种盐类的腐蚀；对水蒸气和空气的渗透性小，吸水性低。耐老化性能较差，热氧化作用会使其性能下降，因此需加入抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂改善。HDPE薄膜在受力情况下热变形温度较低。

Physical Properties:White powder or granules, odorless, crystallinity 80%-90%, softening point 125-135°C, service temperature up to 100°C. Hardness, tensile strength and creep resistance are superior to those of low-density polyethylene; good abrasion resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and low-temperature resistance. Good chemical stability, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature, resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis and various salts; low permeability to water vapor and air, low water absorption. Poor aging resistance; thermal oxidation can degrade performance, so antioxidants and UV absorbers are required. HDPE film has a relatively low heat distortion temperature under load.
Uses:This product can be processed by injection molding, extrusion, blow molding and rotational molding. Injection molding can produce various containers, industrial parts, medical supplies, toys, housings, bottle caps and protective covers; blow molding can produce hollow containers and ultra-thin films; extrusion can produce pipes, stretched tapes, strapping bands, monofilaments, wire and cable sheaths. It is also used for building decorative panels, blinds, synthetic wood, synthetic paper, synthetic film and calcium-plastic products.
