- 白色粉末或颗粒状产品，无毒、无味，结晶度80%~90%，软化点125~135℃，使用温度可达100℃。硬度、拉伸强度和蠕变性优于低密度聚乙烯；耐磨性、电绝缘性、韧性及耐寒性较好。化学稳定性好，室温下不溶于任何有机溶剂，耐酸、碱和各种盐类的腐蚀。薄膜对水蒸气和空气的渗透性小，吸水性低。耐老化性能差，耐环境应力开裂性不如低密度聚乙烯，经热氧化作用性能会下降，因此树脂中需加入抗氧剂和紫外线吸收剂。

Physical Properties:White powder or granular product, non-toxic and odorless, crystallinity 80%~90%, softening point 125~135°C, service temperature up to 100°C. Hardness, tensile strength and creep resistance are superior to low-density polyethylene; wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance are good. It has good chemical stability, insoluble in any organic solvent at room temperature, and resistant to acids, alkalis and various salts. The film has low permeability to water vapor and air, and low water absorption. However, its aging resistance is poor, and environmental stress cracking resistance is lower than that of low-density polyethylene. Thermal oxidation may degrade its performance, so antioxidants and UV absorbers are usually added to the resin.
Uses:This is an injection molding grade HDPE with easy processing characteristics and good sensory properties. It is mainly used for producing caps and closures for mineral water, distilled water, tea and juice bottles, suitable for injection molding or compression molding processes.
