It exhibits strong chemical corrosion resistance, stable against acids, alkalis, salts, and many organic solvents. It has high mechanical strength, good rigidity, and excellent impact resistance. It is flame-retardant and self-extinguishing, with outstanding electrical insulation and a smooth surface that minimizes fluid resistance.
