Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester elastomer with excellent flexibility and resilience. Density approx. 1.15-1.25 g/cm³, melting point approx. 150-210°C depending on grade. Long-term service temperature -40 to 100°C, short-term heat resistance up to 150°C. Good oil resistance, chemical resistance, aging resistance, low water absorption; insoluble in most solvents, partially soluble in aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
Uses:Used for manufacturing silent gears, blown films and sealing strips. Due to its fatigue resistance, wear resistance and excellent elastic recovery, it is also widely applied in automotive components, wire and cable jacketing, hoses and other fields.
