Physical Properties:Milky white or transparent liquid with a density of approximately 0.98-1.05 g/cm³, low viscosity, easy to spray, excellent heat resistance and chemical stability. It forms a uniform film at mold temperatures of 50-75°C, leaving the molded parts with a dry surface and fine uniform cell structure.
Uses:Suitable for molding flexible polyurethane foam systems based on MDI and T/M. Widely used for releasing automotive seats, headrests, sun visors, center console armrests, door panel armrests, automotive acoustic dash insulators, carpets, parcel shelves, wheel housing covers, sofas, mattresses, furniture cushions, electric bicycle and motorcycle seats.
