Physical Properties:White powder with excellent high and low temperature resistance (-200°C to 260°C), chemical inertness, non-stick properties, flame retardancy and weather resistance. Extremely low surface energy, stable against almost all chemicals and solvents (except alkali metals). Low friction coefficient and excellent scratch resistance, no oxidation, discoloration or quality degradation when used outdoors.
Uses:Specially used as an additive for modifying other materials such as coatings, rubber, plastics and engineering plastics. A 1-5% addition in rubber improves wear resistance, scratch resistance and chemical resistance. Can also be used as a thickener in lubricants such as greases.
