Physical Properties:Colorless transparent amorphous thermoplastic resin with a density of approx. 1.20 g/cm³, light transmittance of 88%–90%, refractive index of approx. 1.585, and low water absorption (approx. 0.15% in 24 h). Melt flow rate is approx. 10.5 g/10 min (300°C/1.2 kg). It exhibits outstanding impact toughness, creep resistance and dimensional stability, with mold shrinkage of approx. 0.5%–0.7%; heat deflection temperature approx. 127°C (1.82 MPa), Vicat softening temperature approx. 155°C, and long-term service temperature range of -40 to 120°C. Excellent electrical insulation, volume resistivity up to 10^16 Ω·cm.
Uses:Suitable for lighting fixtures, outdoor applications, automotive components, electronic/electrical housings and transparent structural parts. This grade offers high impact resistance, good heat resistance and dimensional stability, and is suitable for injection molding.
