Physical Properties:White powder or staple fiber, soluble in polar solvents such as dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide and thiocyanate salt solutions; insoluble in water, alcohols and common hydrocarbon solvents. It features high tensile strength, good heat resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance and outstanding weather resistance, and exhibits good bonding with cement-based materials and resin matrices.
Uses:Mainly used as an anti-cracking reinforcing material in cement-based materials such as concrete and mortar, effectively suppressing plastic shrinkage cracking and drying shrinkage cracking. It is also applicable for flame-retardant modification of polypropylene fibers and plastic electrical components, and is suitable for injection molding, extrusion molding and blow molding to manufacture pipes and fittings, films, outdoor plastic parts and various industrial components.
