Physical Properties:A composite chemical foaming agent available as yellow powder (DF-300) and white powder (DF-301). DF-300 has a decomposition temperature of 190–205 °C ± 5 °C, gas yield of 185–205 mL/g, and average particle size of 6–8 μm; DF-301 decomposes above 160 °C, with gas yield of 145–155 mL/g and average particle size of 3–5 μm. It decomposes upon heating to release gas, forming uniform fine cells in the polymer matrix, resulting in low shrinkage and good dimensional stability.
Uses:Used in injection molding of thermoplastics such as PA, PP, ABS, PS and PE to effectively suppress shrinkage and deformation, improve dimensional stability and enhance surface quality. It disperses uniformly in the polymer melt and releases gas to create fine cellular structures, reducing product density. Recommended dosage: 1%–3% for DF-300 and 0.5%–1.5% for DF-301.
