- 熔融温度范围为300~425℃，料筒/喷嘴成型温度约为300~390℃。 模具温度建议设定为70~110℃，可调范围为30~150℃。 注射压力一般为15~45MPa，短时上限约为100MPa。 成型收缩率为0.1~0.6%，压缩比为2.5~4。 典型成型周期为10~30秒；含玻纤或碳纤增强牌号应适当降低螺杆转速，基准约100rpm。

Physical Properties:LCP 5115L is a thermotropic liquid crystal polymer injection molding grade with a high melting temperature, low melt viscosity, and excellent flowability similar to olefin plastics. It has a very low linear expansion coefficient, good dimensional stability, low water absorption, excellent chemical resistance, and fast solidification, resulting in a short molding cycle.
Uses:It is mainly used for electrical and electronic components such as connectors, relays, coil bobbins, switches, and sensors. It is also suitable for SMT components and precision injection-molded parts requiring high heat resistance, high dimensional stability, and thin-wall molding.
Technical Specifications:
Melting temperature range is 300–425°C; barrel/nozzle molding temperature is approximately 300–390°C.
Mold temperature should be set at 70–110°C, with an adjustable range of 30–150°C.
Injection pressure is generally 15–45 MPa, with a short-term upper limit of about 100 MPa.
